Business Development team
Responsibilities of the business development team include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional support throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Understanding each client's goals and recommending tailored solutions.
- Working closely with the production team to ensure smooth execution of projects, based on client expectations and timelines.
- Gathering client feedback to improve services and maintain quality standards, and following up after delivery to measure satisfaction.
- Developing strategies to retain clients, including personalised communication, loyalty programmes and offers on future projects.
