What it costs, before you ask
Everything below is what we would quote you today.
We price per 360° photograph
One photograph is one station — one position we shoot from, one point in the building you can stand in and look around. Count the positions and you have the shape of the job.
Never by floor area. A 40 m² gallery with a six-metre ceiling and eight sightlines needs more stations than a 200 m² warehouse, so a square-metre rate would overcharge the warehouse and undercharge the gallery. We price the thing that actually takes the time.
How many a building needs depends on its architecture and on what the tour has to do, so we set the count with you before booking. The table below prices each 360° photograph and each extra.
The rate
- Each of the first 10 photographs
- €40
- Each photograph after the 10th
- €30
- Minimum
- €160
The smallest tour we build is 4 stations, which is where the €160 minimum comes from. Adding a station never makes a tour cheaper.
Every price here excludes VAT. Where it applies, it is added to the final invoice. See Terms below.
Every price here delivers the tour as a zip file that is yours to keep, with no monthly fee on the tour. Host it on your own server for nothing; our hosting is priced in the extras table.
Get a priceWhat every price includes
- The capture visit itself, and the crew
- Stitching, standard colour and exposure correction, and the finished build
- Unlimited navigation hotspots — the arrows that let people walk the tour are the tour, not an extra
- The interface it runs in, on desktop and on a phone
- A self-contained folder: panoramas in optimised format, any floor plans it uses, icons, your logos, fonts and the code
- The files to put on your own server, with nothing further to pay
- An email or phone link inside the tour, so a visitor can reach you without leaving it
- A picture and a title when the link is pasted into a message or a post
- Embedding the tour into your own website, on a page you host
- If you have a developer, your site can start, pause and jump the tour to a room
- Zoom, at the full resolution we captured
- A layout built for a phone, not a desktop page squeezed onto one
- The tour offers each visitor their own language automatically
- Video quality that adapts to the connection it is played on
- Sound placed in the room it belongs to, growing as you turn towards it
And what there isn’t
- No limit on how many tours you can keep online at once
- No credits that expire if you do not use them
- No cap on how many tours you may publish
- No minimum term. Stop paying us to host it and the tour keeps working — the files are yours and they run anywhere

Travel and accommodation
Travel within 25 km of our base in Tirana is not charged. Beyond that it is billed at cost, with no markup, itemised and agreed in writing before anything is booked.
Accommodation is billed at cost, with receipts, on jobs that need more than one day on site — wherever the building is, Albania included. A tour of 4 or 7 360° photographs is a day trip; one of 60 plainly is not.
Both appear in your quote. Neither ever appears for the first time on an invoice.
How long it takes
Three to five working days for most tours, from the capture day to the files landing with you. Never less than three.
Features delay a tour more than photograph count does. Written panels, tracked floor plans and audio are the slow part. Add them and any tour takes longer.
Quoted rather than listed
These are not on the list above, and each has a reason. Ask and you get a number the same way — a fixed one, before anything is booked.
Custom, branded tour controls
Our own interface is included in every price. Replacing it with yours is priced by how far it moves — a logo and your colours is not the same job as a menu designed from nothing.
Content creation
Sound we produce, subtitles we write, a document we design — rather than placing something you already have. Quoted per job: the scope is whatever the building needs said about it.
3D models, digital mapping, and video delivered on its own
Everything the camera produces that is not the walkthrough: a scanned model, aerial footage, a 360° video as a file of its own. None follows from a station count, so none sits on the rate card.
Enhanced finish
Beyond the colour and exposure correction every price includes: day-to-dusk, decluttering and virtual furnishing. How much a room needs is not clear until we see it, so it is priced per panorama.
Training and induction tours
The cost is the branching, the question bank and any spot-the-hazard or find-the-object exercise — never the stations. Two buildings the same size can differ tenfold.
Contractor familiarisation and access-information passes
Both depend on your own safety or accessibility documentation, which we have to read first.
Before-and-after comparison
Two states of the same spot, under a slider or side by side. From €100 per tour, quoted upward by how many pairs there are and whether both were shot by us.
A password on the tour itself
Protection at the server rather than a code typed into the page, so the files cannot be reached at all without it. It depends on where the tour is hosted, which is not always with us.
Your own app in the app stores
The tour wrapped as a native app under your name, submitted to Apple and Google. It brings developer accounts and a rebuild whenever their rules change — a commitment, not a delivery.
Annual refresh
Priced from the rate card above once we know what actually changed — the stations that have not changed are not re-charged. It is not hosting and it is not a retainer.
