What a 360° tour costs here, in the plainest terms we can put it

The first ten 360° photographs cost €40 each, and every one after the tenth costs €30 each. The smallest tour we build is four photographs, which is where the €160 minimum comes from. VAT goes on top, travel inside 25 km of our base in Tirana is not charged, and once the files are handed over there is nothing further to pay — no monthly fee, no charge per view, no renewal.
The rate card, whole
This is everything we publish, and it is the same number we would quote you today. One 360° photograph is one station — one position we shoot from, one point in your building you can stand in and look around. Count the positions and you have the shape of the job. The full page is at pricing; the table below is the part most people ring up about.
| What you are buying | Published rate |
|---|---|
| Each of the first ten 360° photographs | €40 |
| Each 360° photograph after the tenth | €30 |
| The smallest tour we build | Four photographs, which is where the €160 minimum comes from |
| VAT | Not included in the prices above; added to the invoice |
| Travel within 25 km of our base in Tirana | Not charged |
| Travel beyond that radius | At cost, no markup, itemised and agreed in writing before booking |
| Hosting | The files to put on your own, or on our subdomain at €5 per GB of storage a month |
| After handover | Nothing, unless we host it |
Currency is euro. We can invoice in lek at the day’s rate if you ask for it with the booking.
Why the unit is a photograph and not a square metre
Most people arrive expecting a rate per square metre, because that is how this work is often quoted. We do not have one, because area does not predict the work: a small dense room with eight sightlines needs more positions than a large empty hall. The clearest proof is in our own archive — the same client, the same brief and the same city produced seven photographs at one branch and four at the other. The full argument is in why we price per photograph.
What every price already includes
- The capture visit itself, and the crew
- Stitching, standard colour and exposure correction, and the finished build
- Unlimited navigation arrows — the arrows that let people walk the tour are the tour, not an extra
- The interface it runs in, on desktop, on a phone and in a headset’s own web browser
- A self-contained folder: the panoramas, any floor plans the tour uses, icons, your logos, fonts and the code
- The files to host on your own — hosting on our subdomain is charged separately at €5 per GB a month
The extras, with their published prices
Anything beyond the walkthrough itself is a separate line, and most of them you can count yourself before you call us. Nothing here is compulsory and most tours carry none of it.
| Extra | Price |
|---|---|
| Descriptive photographs, shot on the same visit | €10 each |
| Aerial photographs | €15 each |
| Positioning your panoramas on a plan you already have | €5 per panorama |
| A floor plan drawn by us | €0.60 per square metre, minimum €45 |
| Audio | €30 per file |
| Video | €30 per file |
| Publishing to Google Street View | €10 per panorama published |
| A second language over the same capture | €100 per language |
| Analytics wired to each navigation hotspot | €0.50 per distinct connection |
| Google Analytics setup, if you have no property yet | €50 one-off |
A drawn floor plan tapers: €0.60 per square metre, then €0.40 for each square metre after the first 150. Aerial means conventional stills and video — we do not shoot 360° from the air, and only one delivered project has any aerial in it at all.
Work out your own number
Count the positions, not the rooms
Stop wherever somebody would have to stand to understand where they are. A long or L-shaped room takes two or three stops; a small square room takes one. How many photographs a space needs shows what eleven real premises came to.
Apply the two rates
The first ten at €40 each, everything after the tenth at €30 each. Below four photographs the €160 minimum applies instead.
Add only the extras you actually want
Most tours carry none. Each one you do want has a published unit price in the table above.
Add VAT, and travel if you are outside the radius
VAT on top of the total. Travel inside 25 km of Tirana is not charged; beyond it we itemise it at cost in the quote, before anything is booked.
Then send us the address and roughly what matters inside it, and we set the count with you and fix the price before anything is booked — a quote, not a discovery call. Start there. If you are not sure the purchase makes sense at all, read when a tour is the wrong purchase first.
Questions people ask
- What is the smallest job you will take?
- Four 360° photographs, which is what the €160 minimum buys. Below four we would be handing you a set of 360 photographs rather than a tour you can walk through, and that is a different product priced differently. If your space genuinely only needs two positions, say so and we will tell you that rather than sell you a tour.
- Is VAT included in the prices you publish?
- No. Every price we publish excludes VAT, and VAT is added to the final invoice under the rules of the country you are established in. If you are registered for VAT outside Albania, send us your number with the booking.
- Do you charge for travel?
- Not within 25 km of our base in Tirana. Beyond that it is billed at cost with no markup, itemised in the quote and agreed in writing before anything is booked. Accommodation is the same: at cost, with receipts, and only on jobs that genuinely need more than one day on site.
- Is there anything to pay after the tour is delivered?
- No. There is no monthly platform fee, no charge per view and no renewal, because you are handed the files rather than an account. If you later want new rooms added or something re-shot, that is priced from the same rate card and only the positions that actually changed are charged.
- Can you invoice in lek?
- Yes, at the day’s rate, if you ask for it with the booking. The published prices are in euro so that the rate card stays a single set of numbers, but the invoice can be in either.
